Overall Satisfaction with Checkr

We use Checkr to perform BGV and also have built a custom solution to see the inputs added on Checkr on our internal in-house tool. The employee/new hire experience is also very smooth after we transitioned to Checker as everything before that was absolutely manual - we used to spend many hours a day processing the same for our new hires/employees
  • The ETA calculation to predict when screening will complete for each background check report is good
  • The SSO is a huge plus point and helps us to seamlessly login
  • the chrome extension comes in super handy to add and update information
  • the Background Screening tailored for various regions save a lot of time in formulating the same especially if your company is spread across multiple regions
  • when a background check is pending due to an outside cause, the estimated time doesn't always get updated. but their support is super responsive and helpful
  • its slightly expensive
  • occasionally the tool goes down for sometime
  • background checks, the order placement
  • the complete report generation
  • SSO
  • 360 degree feedback on the employee/newhire
  • It has only saved a lot of man hours. what we spent a lot of time doing is now being done efficiently by the Checkr team
The UI was very clean.Its simple and easy to use. I have used a different tool previously but Checkr was faster than the previous tool.

The customer support team is also reliable and very quick to respond.

Checkr is streamlining and automating the background check process, which is a tremendous benefit for a small HR team who typically doesn't have the bandwidth to manually conduct education verifications or criminal searches, but hires in a massive scale. Checkr nicely integrates with my ATS, Payroll, and security monitoring platform for SOC 2 compliance, making things more efficient, especially with a small HR team. Ordering background checks takes only a couple of clicks.
