Overall Satisfaction with Checkr

We use Checkr across our whole organization to run background checks on our employees and volunteers. We had a very manual process prior to implementing CheckR with our database software. We saved hundreds of man-hours by automating our background check process. This has freed up our staff to actually follow up with the people we are researching and the references they leave us much easier than before, as they have time to do other tasks.

  • We do not store Social Security information about our users; Checkr handles all of that.
  • Customization of some things can be a little lack, but that is more of a regulation issue not a company issue.
  • We have freed up at least one full-time staff member who focused primarily on background checks for our volunteer team.
They answered our questions when we were integrating and got back to us quickly, and with the relevant information we needed.
It has plenty of customization that you can do to help with sending information to those who need it rather than to just one person for all things. Allowing for more workflow customization for your organization's needs.

They have been a pleasure to work with for running background checks for our Church on our volunteers and staff members. Once we got it setup we have had very few, if any, issues with the integration and process. It just works.
