Chime Online Banking vs. Runa

It is very helpful for me. It is reliable and simple to use. The Sign-up process of Chime Online Banking was simple and I was able to easily set up a direct deposit and link my bank account. It keeps me updated on every purchase I do from my account. The best thing is that it's free and has no hidden charges or paycheck fees. It has a special feature called SpotMe where they will cover your overdraft in a very neat way.

• Support team is responsive, but can take several days or more to get resolution sometimes
• Status of different brands can change a lot over the course of short periods of time - not always Runa's fault, but sometimes frustrating
• We've been through several account managers due to turnover. Thankfully, they catch on quick, but does take a bit to get a new AM up to speed each time

Super reliable and easy to use

They provide a great portal that is very intuitive to use

When my money was stolen from my account I was told there would be an investigation between 15-45 days. They didn't investigate at all. The next day I was denied my claim after being robbed for $850.

We have a dedicated customer support person, he is quick to react to any needs or requests. We feel that MELP requests are handled professionally and in a timely manner.

Super smooth to implement

First of all, Chime Online Banking is really the best option for new users. The User Interface and User Experience of the Chime app are really great. There are comparatively faster money transactions with Chime Online Banking and it has no fees at all. It is more reliable. It also allows you to lock your card if it is stolen or lost which is a great feature. At last, it is more rewarding than other online banking services with a great team of customer grievances.

We have previously used giftcloud which doesn't compare to the experience we've had with wegift/runa. Far less interaction with runa is required, much better service for our money, wider range of gifts, better service provided to our customers, easy portal
