Imagine the following: your data is flowing out of several providers, the team is working on portfolio exposure, and somebody notices that there is a red flag in a specific sector. You have access to similar past data, superimpose market indicators, and make decisions on risk reduction strategies collectively at the same time, without having to switch through ten applications.
Glance is an ideal tool where the customer base is not very technologically savvy. We support farmers, so this demographic is known for being behind on the technological advances of their industry. We are primarily a call center. Glance has helped our new agents be better equipped from day one, which results in their onboarding time being much quicker since they are able to see common issues first-hand

This board pro is equipped with a default NVIDIA artificial intelligence chipset. It enhances the remote conferencing participant's views to very good vision, making sure the LCD projector is clearly projected.

The connectivity option available on the Cisco Board Series Pro includes HDMI, USB-C, and other options for wireless casting since the board allows connection through BYOD.

It is very easy to use and pick up, even for people who haven't used these devices before. There can be some initial difficulty in knowing what to do and when, and the lack of remote control is a fairly big letdown. If the screen is far away from you, it is not great to have to keep getting up.

Cisco Webex Board Series comes from a reputed company like Cisco. They are known for their loyal customer base and a major reason for their customer base is their awesome customer support. They are quick to respond and the demo team explained very elaborately. The whole process was done within the given timeline. We are totally impressed by their support.

Easy to get hold of and always very helpful. Having a support team dedicated to one product and one that will support all of your users (not just the admins) made it easy to implement in a small business.

The Cisco Webex Board is part of the Cisco product line and is really well integrated as such. We have been using Webex for meetings and so it felt Natural to leverage the tools made for this environment. It's quite seamless for our users, even the novice ones. The other key element is that we knew that this significant investment was for the long term, and we trust that Cisco will keep bringing innovation to add to the user experience.

Glance, while lacking some features of its competitors, is easy to use and standalone. Support for this application is dedicated to it and you can get near immediate support. This was key given the demographic of our staff.

Glance has reduced the amount of time an agent spends on a single call by nearly 30%. This reduction in time has helped us attend to more customers and more quickly.
The speed at which our agents picked up this tool speaks to the ease of use and integration of Glance.
