Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Board Series

Webex Board giving you a good platform to present your ideas with a whiteboard when you're having any meeting sessions. It contains most of the required collaboration tools to express your ideas among others. Webex App also helps your colleagues to connect remotely from their desired device. This is basically a touch-based collaborative device and it can save all your meeting content in the cloud which helps you to create a virtual room.

Pros

  • Easy to train new users because of the user-friendly interface
  • We can use the whiteboard to sketch our ideas within the meeting
  • High quality screen resolution with inbuilt speakers

Cons

  • It feels like affordability is a huge minus point in Webex because it can be too expensive to afford for a small to medium company
  • Wireless connectivity needs a good internet connection to have a seamless experience.
  • White board pen tool not precise with the screen location sometimes and refresh rate seems little low
  • We managed to save a lot of time.
  • We managed to do our meetings even with the travel restrictions imposed during these Covid times
  • Meeting organizers and collaborators found it's easy to do meetings with Webex than any other application due to its user-friendliness
I'd say the whiteboard feature has become very useful. There we can do our sketches and write your notes using different colors, font sizes, etc. We can also send this content to any other team members instantly via e-mail. With the latest technology they are using, we managed to get an almost natural user experience by their high-resolution cameras and wide-angle image capturing system. Webex microphones also deliver a crystal clear audio experience with noise reduction technology.
With the overall experience, I think Webex board would help any business to grow by saving their time and also with decision making at the meetings. But the Webex board is so expensive to afford and it becomes really hard for a small to medium business to get the experience. And also it needs a good internet connection when you connect remotely to a meeting to have a seamless experience.
I like Webex board because of its user-friendliness and easy-to-use interfaces. We can always mark any important points during our meetings and write them down in notes. Later we can send them via email as well. We can also use the whiteboard to do sketches to explain our ideas to someone and we can easily get their feedback instantly.

Basically, you can use App to connect with the meeting virtually and we can store everything in the cloud so that your team members join via team's app to connect anytime they want to the physical room and continue from where they left off. So I recommend this to anyone who's planning to connect physical meetings with virtual team members.
