Cisco Secure Connect vs. Cloudflare Zero Trust Services

We use Cisco Secure Connect within our company for support of our heavy geographical dispersion of users, assets, and services and secure connections to our internal critical systems stream, aligning business processes without endangering the company and maintaining the company security posture, with company policies and procedures are intact throughout.

The product is mature. The product support well all 3 main OS (Windows, Linux, MacOS). Cisco Support is great Cisco backends are powerfull appliance Cisco secure profile are a great feature and because they are controlled centraly, there is less way to bypass the VPN. Cisco SEcure connect is really easy-to-use for non computer expert.

It’s easy to use, but there could be more options available to you. There is a control pad which allows you to do all the capabilities without the requirement of having a laptop plugged in. This is very handy and very user friendly whilst also giving me control of the meeting.

Overall, Cloudflare Zero Trust Services is very usable. We just need to do a one-time setup on Cloudflare Zero Trust Service's website, download their app on the device, and connect it with secure authentication. That's it. The apps are available for almost all kinds of devices that we use, and hence, we can secure all of our required devices. The app interface is very user-friendly and has logging capability to debug in case something goes wrong.

Very quick and easy, its a tidy set up, no messy cables and the sound and video quality is excellent. I use this weekly for home calls and larger team calls across the UK and Europe and have no problems. The engineers were in and out within a couple of hours
