Advertisers pay on a cost-per-click (CPC) or cost-per-mille (CPM) basis depending on campaign type. Advertisers pay a platform fee to Criteo that is a percentage of the media cost.
Well suited Targeting Capabilities: it allows advertisers to reach highly relevant audiences with their ads. CitrusAd has algorithms and data analytics to target consumers based on their browsing behavior, demographics, purchase history, and other relevant factors. Purchase history is a capability we will be interested in. Customizable Campaign: CitrusAd provides advertisers with customizable campaign options to suit their specific needs and objectives. I.e., sponsored products, cross-sell sponsored products, display ads. Improve Automatic targeting: To ease the campaign creation process and let the RMN manage the campaign budget. Integration with CRM: Straighforward integration with 3Ps to enable easy usage of the suppliers' data in their CRM to optimize campaigns.

Well suited--customizable enough to go to market efficiently and quickly. Not well suited--Plug-in multiple demand sources, improved targeting integrations with first-party data.

Retail Media by Criteo's support at the start (with ERMS and Hooklogic) was pretty poor, with support SLAs exceeding 72 hours. This has changed over time to having a dedicated team--therefore the 7 rating and not 8.
We know about Criteo and Crealytics, but we have not evaluated any other solution at this stage. These two are alternatives that we could integrate into our platform to give our clients more flexibility. We started with CitrusAd because they are offering the base capabilities we need now and we had experience with them.
