Likelihood to Recommend	it is a great option for any company that is trying to keep track of multiple accounts that they are maintaining. It probably would not be the best option for smaller newer companies that do not have that many links that they need to keep track of. searching for new companies could be easier. However, it is not user friendly and is frustrating to set up. The communication that can be automated is limited as well - we deal with clients in 5 different languages but can only send our communication in one.
