ClicData vs. eMite

We used ClicData dashboards in a somewhat unorthodox way: we used "Indicators", or icons within tables to represent data, and the results looked great. The ability to integrate 3rd party HTML into dashboards was valuable (although Clic Data correctly warns that response time may suffer). The ability to start small and release dashboards incrementally suited our needs very well. We also valued the responsive account team getting us quickly pointed in the right direction.

eMite is well suited for small to mid scale companies. Their goal has been to aggregate data from every source and provide personalized views for both business and IT, with a presentation layer that is truly end user oriented, since the beginning. With my experience, I strongly believe that it is not very well suited for large companies.

• Ease of use, I can put together a dashboard in about an hour that is used by daily.
• Support, their support team is super helpful and always has detailed insight.
• Connectors, they have a huge number of connectors that allow easy integration of your data sources.

• Achieving granular level analytics be it for a Queue, Agent or Omnichannel Interactions.

• With so much data in one dashboard, sometimes it can be overwhelming to miss out on what you were look at in first place.
• Wish this solution had some alerting system. For example, a beep sent out from eMite when a call hits the queue.
• Interactive Data Visualization needs to be implemented.

Like I mentioned before, the ease of use means we not only get very quick results and beautiful dashboards in minutes, it means my team is actually using it because they aren't frustrated in the learning curve or wasting time trying to accomplish simple tasks.

1. Creates the best user experience across different medias. 2. Pushes the contact center reporting to a new level. 3. eMite comes with regular KPIs out of the box, but it also allows users to fully configure their KPIs based on their specific data and requirements. 4. We've only needed support a couple times in the beginning as we were learning the system and how to display our data in interesting ways. Every time we reached out we got very detailed responses and were connected to someone that you could tell was very interested in making sure we were happy with how things were going.

Support for eMite so has far has been excellent. Most of the tickets are resolved the same day. I have always seen their SLAs staying intact even for a complex situations let alone bugs that are raised to development teams. So, I never had any bad day with eMite support. They were always on dot.

ClicData was the most flexible. It is cloud-based and even has WebService access. You can publish your data for access from other applications. The sheer number of data connectors is amazing. The ability to not only create dashboards, but you can schedule them to be delivered to specific recipients on a scheduled basis via PDF or a static HTML page.

eMite cuts down all the manual part[s] of getting the data and organizing [it]. This happens in the abstract layer that keeps the user in the no worry one. eMite becomes part of the solution itself rather an external application that receives data from the solution. KPI and some other complex calculations are taken care of by this wonderful analytics tool.
