ClickGuard vs. SEON. Fraud Fighters

ClickGAURD is highly suitable for detecting and preventing fraudulent clicks and helps generate higher revenues with the same marketing budgets. The reports created by ClickGUARD are also very helpful in understanding the impact and returns on the campaigns. It also helps identifies the geographies from where the fraudulent clicks are coming to help us take preventive measures. Having detailed documentation to get it deployed and get users onboarded quickly will be very helpful.

One of the ways SEON works is by preventing payment fraud and bonus abuse. SEON can verify users in real-time by analyzing digital footprints, device data, and behavioral patterns to identify high-risk transactions. It also detects chargeback. In my daily work task, I come across players who are unable to purchase due to these Chargeback errors and with SEON working on clean and on time, the issue is addressed in a timely manner and can be escalated. It stops the player from making additional purchase which could put our company at a disadvantage, in case player continues to file Chargeback, so we have control over the purchases and can have the issue rectified early and effectively.

• The real-time notifications are one of the best features of ClickGUARD for me.
• Automatic malicious click deflection is also a feature that I appreciate.
• There have been instances where a large number of clicks were made, but the resulting conversions were much below expectations.

• Identifies chargeback issues
• Display all relevant info on front page
• Automatic block on accounts that may give a high red flag

• The one thing I've noticed that I believe is a disadvantage would have to be the lack of support on weekends or holidays which is understandable but at the same time, I'm sure people expect to still be supported right around the clock if that is what is advertised.

• I wish that SEON. Fraud Fighters had a live tracking map of orders.
• Maybe IP check could be more precise with mobile IPs.

very disappointed that they more than doubled their pricing within just 5 weeks, especially after being a loyal customer for 4 years. In my opinion, the new pricing is unreasonable for startups, and they refused to adjust it by even a dollar.

I actually haven't found the need to use their customer support as yet but I'm sure that they are knowledgable and would assist any way they can.

Their support is great, but it would be a lot better if they would have agents always ready to help.

formerly know as PPC Protect, now known as Lunio. we side by side user lunio as well and only problem with lunio was pricing. no doubt lunio has better feature set to stack against ClickGaurd but we didn't required that many features to begin with. ClickGaurd is simple solution for us and we are planning to explore it full before moving to any other platform

Customizable risk scoring and rule-setting allow businesses to tailor fraud prevention to their specific needs. ACOMS Risk Assessment: Typically focuses on risk assessment in financial transactions, often with more rigid and pre-configured parameters. May not provide the same level of granular control or real-time insights for businesses outside traditional finance. Advantage: SEON’s broader and more flexible features make it a better fit for industries beyond traditional finance, such as e-commerce, gaming, and subscription services.

• Prior to acquiring Clickguard, I wasn't even able to trust the numbers I was seeing and my money was being wasted. Since getting this app, there has been a total turn around in conversions, and sales have increased.

• It helps positively by finding early chargebacks
• It helps positively by help stopping fraud with high fraud scores implemented
• It helps positively by stopping excessive purchases that can lead to high exposure and possible chargeback
