DKM (Dynamic Knowledge Management) is well suited to access your document regarding payroll report - payslip, reimbursement and income tax worksheets, form 16 and salary statement. Also easy profile update add you dependent list and previous employee detail information. All the documents get updated with time as far as income tax laws are concerned.

  • ClickMeeting is user-friendly, the admin and user panel is simple, intuitive!
  • When conducting training, you can use default settings such as edu mode and it saves time, I don't have to worry if I'm sure I've muted everyone and if I'm the only one visible.
  • ClickMeeting is also integrated with the Moodle e-learning platform, so it's a great support in organizing blended-learning processes.

ClickMeeting
  • Individual Audio Controls. I'd love to be able to adjust the audio for each of the presenters within the platform, as the host. Not all presenters are tech savvy and sometimes don't know how to adjust this themselves.
  • Additional Saved Color Schemes. I'd love to be able to create/save multiple custom color schemes that I can use for various events instead of a single one.

  • Reporting and analytics needs improvement quite basic needs some advanced report extraction features.
  • Integration with other HR systems should be provided,
  • There should be linkage with Teams to receive any notification related to salary update or salary being credited.

Firstly easy entering your company employee code and password you can enter DKM (Dynamic Knowledge Management) portal.1. My profile- where i can see all details related to me and my bank accounts linked for salary intake.2. Easy access to payslips , reimbursement and income tax sheets.Helpdesk which provide instant support if you are facing any issue in usage .helpdesk option is also provided in DKM (Dynamic Knowledge Management) portal

It takes a bit of time to get to grips with the platform at first, but it's short and there is an online help chat available. People on the chat are very helpful and available for a long time - also on weekends, which greatly improves work. Really very good support.

- does not require installation - clear interface - fast chat technical support - available in Polish language - provides a stable connection - it allows us to share presentations - we can also record the meeting - the process of creating the meeting is quick and easy also for beginners

DKM (Dynamic Knowledge Management) has a broader perspective beyond HR related stuff like technical and operations whereas BambooHR is more targeted towards HR functions so what that product which covers other perpective as well that can benefit employees. Knowledge is accurate and trusted. With fast paced moving organization that will save time and money DKM (Dynamic Knowledge Management) is better it can be bit complex due to vast features but eventually will be more helpful

  • HR work has reduced to great level , instead of sending payslips to each employee has platform to access his present and past records,
  • Easy to reimburse with just basic knowledge required ,
  • A bit i feel negative impact in terms of integration with erp platforms- where its a challenge to do that
