ClockShark vs. Harri

ClockShark works well to keep track of employees' time at work. Employees use their cell phones to clock in and out every day. It is easy to edit times if an employee makes a mistake or forgets to clock in/out. I like being able to run reports any time, with and timeframes, and edit reports if necessary.

We evaluated Timeero and Clockify, but chose ClockShark because its GPS tracking and scheduling features felt much more robust for field-based teams. The interface is highly intuitive, making it a smoother transition for our workforce compared to the other platforms.

This is the first job where I have used a website like Harri to hire new staff and get their details added to our HR system. Everything has always been completed by hand. As mentioned, this is a lot more time consuming and increases the chances of errors being made. I think Harri is an awesome tool.
