Overall Satisfaction with Harri

We use Harri for hiring our new starters in the restaurant. People apply and their application comes through to us on Harri, and we then use the system to advance their application from offering an interview, to check, to right-to-work, and sending them some online forms to complete so we can add them to our HR system.


  • User friendly
  • Takes the leg work out of hiring - leaves paperwork in the employees hands


  • Isn't very clear on how to load your own templates
  • The interview calendar could be vastly improved in my opinion, and perhaps tie in with personal calendars on phone/email
  • It saves a lot of office time.
  • There is less room for human error.
I haven’t used anything like Harri before in other places of employment. We always had staff come in to complete paperwork face to face and then manually uploaded this information onto our HR system (Fourth). Harri has been great at cutting out that time spent going through paperwork face to face and reducing input errors.
Don’t think I have ever had to use the support function on Harri itself, but I have run into a few problems where people cannot be sent to payroll. However, I have had support from within our head office who have different access levels and are able to solve the problems. Sometimes it is things like I entered the postcode in the wrong format. It would be good if Harri highlighted this on my system so I could fix the errors myself.

It’s great because the files are all uploaded already so you just click what you want to send to the future employee and then it is their responsibility to complete the forms.
You do not have to sit down with paper or hand-written forms for HR and you also do not then have to type it all up because the information pulls straight to Fourth for you. This means there is less room for error.
