KeyedIn is well suited for a number of projects from IT, Sales, Development and Marketing. It is pretty flexible so implementing it into any number of workflows seems fairly easy due to it's customizability.

Connectwise was the 600 pound gorilla with lots of features, but it was also the titantic, too big to get out of its own way. We found it too complex to use and too archaic to integrate with. As powerful as it was, it was missing a few key features that a modern PSA like CloudBlue had as a matter of course. CloudBlue feels like the new generation, and so far it's only gotten better as they grow.

One of the many features that make this platform unique and suitable to many modern businesses is the portfolio management feature.

Read full review In the sense that it has assisted in closing projects more quickly so that they may be invoiced for, it seems like the ROI is a pretty quick turnaround By breaking out tasks into a well defined workflow it allows for accountability and consistent project delivery across all agents. Providing services that the end user feels satisfied with is definitely a top goal. Having well defined workflows has also helped address problems by reducing the variance in each project.
