    I have recommended it to our other US office locations. My recommendation is based on the benefit of managed enrollment, the ability to have multiple enrollment pathways and the added bonus of having a common platform across all of our corporate sites improving IT support, management and user familiarity with wireless device enrollment while at work.

    IBM Cloud for VMware Solutions provides a simple interface that is easy to use and fast to implement and get started without any hassle. A secure way to migrate multiple data across Cloud platforms and it will allow you to move the workload to and from Cloud at no cost and no need to invest in new resources and skills.

    IBM Cloud for VMware Solutions

    • Adaptable valuing relying upon size and scale.
    • The presentation is first rate. Our on-prem climate was continually experiencing slack and general languor. With IBM running everything, it's much smoother.
    • Start another group as little as one ESXi worker or scale a current bunch.

    • Support is horrible and or non-existent
    • Documentation is out of date and incorrect for the most part
    • IBM employees and salespeople are not aware of features or offerings
    • Does not integrate the Zerto, only Veeam and has limited options for data migration

    We like when a product works and we don't have to look for alternate solutions, add network project change over downtime and retrain staff. Even the limitations (some devices don't enroll well) and recent licensing changes do not precipitate a change in our desire to continue with the product. The cloudpath support has provided clear alternatives for our issues and we are able to keep business going with minimal impact on staff and support

    We are highly likely to renew this product as it has quickly very integral across our organization and is useful in almost all of our core data analytics and business processes. We have to ensure the cost side is manageable and still worth it upon renewal - but don't see this as a major hurdle

    It is easy to use and setting it up is simple. The only con is that the pricing is a little bit high as well as documentation is a little low; so we had to do some personal learning to be able to fully utilize the product, or hop on the phone with someone.

    We have had to raise a lot of support tickets during our three years of service. We do get timely support on those tickets and there have only been a few issues which have had an extended troubleshooting time that might have exceeded our expected resolution timeframe.

    Overall, just a great experience here. No one in my opinion gets a perfect 10/10 rating (no one is ever perfect), so 9/10 is probably as good as it gets! From initial planning to post implementation support, the IBM Cloud and professional services has been there for my group as much as we have needed them. Great job!

    IBM professional services helped us plan and implement the project with great success. They guided the project from planning, scoping, pre-implementation, testing, roll-out, then production and post-production support. We were very impressed with their knowledge of VMware and really appreciated their desire to make our project a success. I would highly recommend them!

    The pricing was better for us and that was our deciding factor in making the decision to go with CloudPATH. We did test both solutions in our pilot environment and while we liked the features of the Cisco solution and deploy other Cisco solutions and products the pricing was a significant factor in our decision process.

    IBM Cloud for VMware Solutions stacks up against them, we fully agree there are so many features in IBM cloud for VMware Solutions that make it unique and different. The system provides us hypervisor security level and the system even has live backup and storage capacity of data. This system provides us with accuracy that helps us to reduce errors and vulnerability.

    • It has a positive impact on the cost required to maintain our vSphere environment by allowing us to get rid of our vsphere hardware and not worry about maintenance either.
    • There have been very few negatives, but one would definitely be the open-ended cost associated with cloud products in general.
