Considered Both Products	Cloze Verified User C-Level Executive Chose Cloze It is a CRM and an email system all in one compared to the other three, with a much higher automation level. Likelihood to Recommend	Cloze, Inc. It's ok for personal use but for business use, it is begging to become a terrible system. We used it for 5 years and after that, we have decided to move to a different system, upon export of the information we started looking at and our database of contacts was so messed up with contacts merged together that don't belong together. So as our database was so corrupted we had to start over with new contact lists and rebuild everything again. I would not recommend this software unless you have your own IT department that can fix things themselves. Alternatives Considered	Cloze, Inc. They don't, they say they are a personal contact manager but I believe they are wanting large companies that have their own IT Departments as they don't really offer that good of support in my opinion and they do not have phone support. I wouldn't recommend this software to anyone for personal or business.
