CoderPad vs. EYardstick

- To conduct a preliminary assessment round when there are multiple candidates to choose from. Helps you to filter out candidates on the basis of requirements. - The questions that are assigned for each test are different, so the probability of any two candidates getting the exact same questions is very less. -However, the questions are based on the same concepts so as to provide an equal ground to all the candidates.- However, if you have to choose from less number of candidates you are better off conducting normal interviews, as these tests are time-consuming for both interviewers and employers.

EYardstick is a neat tool. It's not complicated to use and if your requirement is to do a pre-employment assessment for a wide variety of roles with minimal support then this is the right one for your team.

• It's very easy to learn and use.
• Very helpful with selecting the right individual for the position needed.
• Ready-to-use test saves lots of time.

• Code editor should be more responsive for auto suggestions
• Practice environment should be located in such a way that it should be found easily

• Wish to have AI-based shortlisting feature.
• Analytics can be more advanced.
• Though tool has a lot of reports but to derive the value out of it is time consuming. Hope they improve in this aspect.

CoderPad is incredibly easy to use, not much to note.

There are many ways to reach the support team, and they went beyond their routine to support us in both adding technical features and content for tests.

We did use other option other than CoderPad. Before CoderPad we were using references for hiring but then again the whole process of assessment was not easy. It takes time. CoderPad came to our lives through a reference and since then it has somewhat changed the way we see hiring.

HirePro was more service oriented than product oriented. EYardstick had a lot of self help and very easy for a novice to pick and start using it. Most of the features are self explanatory. Also our demand was to cater to a wide variety of job roles. EYardstick helped us in assessments for BPO hiring to typing tests to core IT exams with 360 degree proctoring solution.

• 10 working hours saved weekly which used to be spent on interviews
• Approximately 3 employees worth of manpower is saved
• The benefit of allowing assessment in multiple languages allowed the interviewee to concentrate on evaluation on the basis of underlying concepts
