Overall Satisfaction with EYardstick
We incorporated EYardstick in our hiring process and find it very easy to use and informative. We are able to track applicants' progress and plan accordingly for the next step of our hiring process based on the accuracy of the information that report analysis provides. Test batteries were quite relevant for the roles we had so it saved our time in creating another test. Overall, since we have started using Eyardstick, hiring has become quite simple and yet accurate.
Pros
- It's very easy to learn and use.
- Very helpful with selecting the right individual for the position needed.
- Ready-to-use test saves lots of time.
Cons
- Mobile application is missing. but not a big issue.
- Analytics could be more advanced.
- Great value for money.
- It only takes approx $3 for amazing results.
In terms of cost, ease of use and availability of a ton of ready-made tests made us choose EYardstick over others.
