CodeSignal vs. Mentimeter

If you hire for IT or Software development based roles, I can absolutely recommend this. It will improve the quality of candidates you are filtering through in your process and you will be able to add stakeholders early into the hiring process to make it more efficient. Pricing is very reasonable too so its not out of reach for even smaller organizations. Generally speaking though, if you dont hire in bulk for Software Developers etc, then maybe its not for you.

Mentimeter is very useful for continuous engagements and follow ups during webinars, seminars, team meetings, online classes and surveys. Even during offfline conferences it could be well suited for increasing the interactivity. However, it could be less effective when the audience size is too small like a group meeting or video conferencing with friends and family

• The test cases are quite well-written, and the grade we earn as a result of them is very fair. Users can use a unit testing tool to perform their own unit testing, allowing them to double-check their code before submitting it.

• The platform should provide candidates with detailed feedback, allowing them to identify areas for improvement if necessary.
• Furthermore, despite the fact that the assessment is complete, the platform prioritizes speed. In order to finish the assignment on time, people may be forced to forgo quality or desired output.

• I think more brand related customisation option could be helpful

I give it this rating because it is very easy to use. Not only that it is proctored and trusted. Moreover, the candidates find it easy to use given that it is a single test. This means that we get much more applications than using other platforms. This helps us to hire better faster and easier with codesignal.

The UI of configuring CodeSignal for a non-technical screener can be tricky to navigate at first. Once you get the hang of the platform and how to master customization, it becomes a much smoother experience. However, some restrictions to search functions and reporting still need improvement.

The user interface is really simple to get started with, anyone can start using it. The simplicity might somewhat limit the set of features, but there are some advanced features hidden deeper down in the user interface that you can find once you're up and running and want to start improving your presentations

Yes, pages load quickly, reports comes in a reasonable time frame, only when CodeSIgnal integrates, it provide small glitches.

I am not sure whether or not they have replaced but surely emerged as a big competitor. Their support system should be good knowing that they are in completion with the best hackerrank. I feel they could do a much better job but I have not used their support much

It has clear details for every staff to understand the basic, and staffs can communicate efficiently to provide strong backgrounds. Also, the manager who provided this training has collaborated well with the Codesignal staff so that everyone could learn more about CodeSignal and look at it from different users' perspectives. So the training was really helpful

CodeSignal's platform is the best in almost every aspect. It provides a nice user-friendly environment. The functionalities the environment provides are the best. It is a nice cheating-free platform that is very easy to understand and use. The scores provided are normalized and the range of scores provided is really easy to understand.

The other tool used in our company for live poll is Zoom because of its direct compatibility with Zoom calls. Mentimeter is more interactive in terms of poll questions and its biggest advantage is wordcloud. However, it being an an external tool for a conference app, it is sometimes less preferred.
