Collective Health vs. timeOut

It has been a great and easy experience, and I'd highly recommend it to colleagues. It is easy to navigate, all my information is in one place, and if I need additional help within the tool -- some resources quickly help answer any additional questions I may have.

timeOut is well suited when you just want employees to be able to track PTO and know where they stand. It eliminates employees constantly asking what are the PTO balances available. It has somewhat limited functionality when it comes to clocking in and out, as well as integrating with payroll.

• Collective Health does a good job of breaking down the costs associated with the utilization of any given medical service
• Collective Health helps users locate the best medical provider and/or facility that is best for them
• Collective Health provides quick and reliable support channels to users

• Allow for additional PTO categories to be added (e.g Comp days, Work at home days)
• Gives employees up to date time off information as well as show future time available.

• Logout time, I know there is sensitive information, but sometimes I wish I wasn't auto logged out of my account after some time.

• Employees being able to view a company wide out of office calendar.
• Integration with different Payroll systems.

I've reached out to support a few times, and they are always super responsive over email, and willing to jump on a phone call too to discuss my issue directly.

The UI of Collective Health is sleek and intuitive, and the company provides extremely quick and remarkably reliable via their support channels (Message, Chat and Phone Call). Moreover, the descriptions they provide for each medical service is succinct and still very informative.

I believe that timeOut is more accurate to use and very user friendly from an employees point-of-view. However, in terms of Payroll Integration I did not find it to be better. Stand alone, timeOut is a great tool; but there is little data on my part in terms of how it successfully integrates with Payroll systems as well maintain an accurate count.
