Likelihood to Recommend Como has taken us into the digital age with our rewards program and this is invaluable to us and our customers. Read full review The scenario where Open Loyalty is better suited is with a customer that has one and only one e-commerce site or equivalent. Many customers think it would be easy to customize Open Loyalty for multiple companies, using only one installation. This is difficult to Open Loyalty since different companies will have different rules, levels of rewards, etc, and that's not easily configured on Open Loyalty.
