CompAnalyst vs. Fiserv Wealth Management Network

If you're looking to create a "one stop shop" for your compensation needs, then this is the software for you. You can easily manage job descriptions and survey data, and you can empower your HR teams to find information in the tool by giving them access to specific areas of the site. Fiserv Wealth Management Network is well suited in scenarios where an organization has multiple financial services providers and would like the benefit of tying that all together and managing it from a single, unified solution. The benefit there is increased efficiency and productivity, especially when compared to the manual alternative of having managers log in to separate sponsor platforms.

• It allows us to benchmark our internal comp structure and design effective comp ranges.
• CompAnalyst allows us to benchmark our internal compensation with others in our industry.
• Allows us to market our comp ranges within a region, or across the US.
• Most of our job titles can be found within CompAnalyst.

• the user interface is not very intuitive, takes some time to get used to
• do not like the default to national rates unless you check it off

• Cost ... it's definitely not the cheapest option out there. the way pricing is itemized and a separate upcharge for each add-on gets annoying. They can probably bundle things a little better and offer a discount on the bundled products
• the volume of system updates and changes is nauseating at times and we have to prepare and test accordingly every time there is a scheduled update. that takes up a lot of resources; quarterly updates to products would be much easier.
• more responsive support and ideally more stable support engineers ... it seems like turnover is high in their support roles and that impacts customer success and MTTR.

Our Professional Services Consultant and Customer Success Manager are always available to answer our questions. If I have a compensation-related question, they will find the answer for us. They take our product feedback seriously, and the team has implemented a few of our requested features in the system. Their Vice President of Product Management is always open to receiving feedback, and CompAnalyst is always reaching out to customers to demo and test new product offerings.

CompAnalyst gives me bang for my buck. It can get data other surveys may miss. It is easy to use and understand.

• Speed of service is greatly improved across partners. I believe our MTTR for service requests has improved by 30-40%
• Standardized platform for our staff which translates to better retention and a lower training effort.
• Cost is the negative impact ... it goes without saying that using Fiserv is much more expensive to the manual alternative which is very human resource intensive but low cost. But that's to be expected ...we're just trading time for money.
