Likelihood to Recommend	ConnectWise SkyKick does a great job on migrations to Office 365. Their technicians are very helpful in planning the whole process, and the tool itself is quite reliable and resilient. Their cloud backup works OK but it does not provide the most friendly or fastest recovery. It also sits on the expensive side as they charge separately for Exchange and Onedrive/Sharepoint backups. Alternatives Considered	ConnectWise For migration purposes, we have chosen SkyKick over and over again. Their tool just works and does a great job with multiple different sources. Their support team is awesome albeit could be somewhat faster sometimes. Regarding cloud backup, it seems like that space is quite commoditized as every vendor offers the same. SkyKick does have some good promotions on migration costs when signing up for cloud backups as well which makes them more competitive than other vendors.
