ConstructConnect Insight vs. Levelset

I believe ConstructConnect's customer service is non-existence. In my experience, the cloud based software system never seems to be functioning at 100% and is usually a problem, like today. I feel they do a poor job updating projects and providing accurate construction schedule information; Most of it is dates given a inaccurate.

Levelset has completely revolutionized our lien process and protecting our rights.

• exporting to pdf with customizable flexibility, very useful giving all the details on a project or firm via attachments to emails.

• A comprehensive log of jobs in my area would be nice. We're located in Gainesville FL. There has been 10 jobs this month we're on because of our sub contracts. Not one of them made it on ConstructConnect. How many other jobs am I not seeing?

• We had a lot of issues with the customer set up. With the way the integration worked, we had 3-4 owners on a job, when it should have just been one. We were paying a large amount on postage. We sent one GC 9 monthly notices, in one month.
• I've been trying to get an understanding of what areas in Levelset we AREN'T using and it's been difficult to get an answer. I know we are missing projected revenue and that is a pretty big piece.

All of the information is there at your fingertips. If I think it's odd that we are submitting a lien on a job, there is an information button that will tell me exactly why and 99.9% of the time, I was misunderstanding something and Levelset was right.

We chose ConstructConnect as our main way for finding new and existing construction projects, as it overall had more up-to-date information available. It was also the most user friendly software of its type on the market. Furthermore, they have also been working with us closely to help us tighten our tracking of projects, products, and companies, which saves us a lot of time and money.

Levelset is a Procore software, but we did consider it AFTER we got Levelset. We implemented Procore on our project side and chose to stay with Levelset. It's easy to set up, make changes, and understand.
