I've been on the site every day for two weeks. There has not been a single instance when a possible job was presented. There are just the same sad useless "leads" every day.

Pipeline Suite is a very niche product, but for anyone who has ever dealt with the construction bidding process, you can understand the need for it. With Pipeline Suite, it is so easy to request bids, share documents and plans, and coordinate schedules for submittals. We are able to prequalify sub contractors and vendors at a faster pace as well with the product

  • I find it amazing how fast results come up when searching on a keyword
  • details, details, details.. again, marvelous.
  • filters work really well giving highly efficient results pointed at just what you want.
  • exporting to pdf with customizable flexibility, very useful giving all the details on a project or firm via attachments to emails.

  • Customer service is definitely lacking. Trying to get clear answers from my rep was difficult.
  • My sales rep was not trustworthy to do what he said and was only concerned about their own bottom line. Instead of trying to cultivate a long term customer we were treated as just another number and another couple of zeros on their balance sheet.

I have found that the customer support team has an understanding of the construction bidding process. They have been able to see issues through our eyes, so to speak, not just through the eyes of a software company. They have always been very timely in their responses and seem to go above and beyond to solve issues

We chose ConstructConnect as our main way for finding new and existing construction projects, as it overall had more up-to-date information available. It was also the most user friendly software of its type on the market. Furthermore, they have also been working with us closely to help us tighten our tracking of projects, products, and companies, which saves us a lot of time and money.

I don't have a lot of personal experience with SmartBid, but from what I hear from other colleagues, Pipeline Suite makes it easier for subcontractors to access documents/plans and to respond to bids. The interface and design of Pipeline Suite is more modern and the user experience is a major upgrade from SmartBid

Also, given us projects with new products to focus on learning use and leveraging that sell to others.
