In general, it works as some kind of manual on how the particular baseline of your social networks can be improved, and it provides the right assessment at the same time so that I can analyze my data based on my results. Also, they count on excellent technical assistance. Earlier it was hard to go search hashtags on my Instagram but after using this I can get more deep analytics, geotag research, and profile analytics to get great information about the keywords I want to know about. The pricing is great, as well as the support team which replies very quickly.

• Interface is a bit difficult.

• "Free Trial" functionality will actually charge users straight away depending on the trial button clicked
• Changes to plan during a billing cycle are not refunded or credited in any way, including attempting to un-do the change. (So moving down and up again between plans, even if both actions occur within seconds of each other, results in getting charged twice...)

I have a good relationship with the customer service and I love to help them to promote their service.

Because it lacks customization options for its aesthetics. We did a specific adaptation for registering entries and participants, and it worked perfectly. It's a very comprehensive tool for launching viral campaigns for all types of businesses. We will continue working on campaigns in collaboration with Cool Tabs. Use this service instead... Far more transparent and also supports modern account security features like 2-factor authentication. (Lack of 2fa puts all social profiles in NepoleonCat at increased risk of being hijacked...)
