Cool Tabs vs. Pulsar CORE

In general, it works as some kind of manual on how the particular baseline of your social networks can be improved, and it provides the right assessment at the same time so that I can analyze my data based on my results. Also, they count on excellent technical assistance. Earlier it was hard to go search hashtags on my Instagram but after using this I can get more deep analytics, geotag research, and profile analytics to get great information about the keywords I want to know about. The pricing is great, as well as the support team which replies very quickly.

I think that Pulsar is a good tool for brands or agencies who have a set list of competitors or subbrands that they are looking to do a monthly/weekly comparison of engagement metrics. When you have the brand account inputted, the data is shown in a visually tangible way and easy to comprehend.

• Interface is a bit difficult.
• Management if the tool is not intuitive.

• Unfortunately, when exporting data it is often hard to read in an easy format.
• I've used other tools where you can get historical data once you put into the tool but Pulsar cannot do that.

I have a good relationship with the customer service and I love to help them to promote their service.

Because it lacks customization options for its aesthetics. We did a specific adaptation for registering entries and participants, and it worked perfectly. It's a very comprehensive tool for launching viral campaigns for all types of businesses. We will continue working on campaigns in collaboration with Cool Tabs. Pulsar is not a complex tool by any means. The interface is updated and comprehensive, and I've used multiple tools in the past where the interface was very outdated and exporting data was often a difficult process since it was not well organized. The tool works well in visualizing complex data.

Easypromos is one of the best tools you can use to run your contests. The application allows you to create contests for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest and YouTube.You can choose the objective of your campaign, whether it is to increase followers, improve your brand awareness, etc., and you can run various types of promotional initiatives, including giveaways, games, and quizzes.

I think that Pulsar is one of the more updated platforms that I have used and the metrics exported/shown in the dashboard are accurate. I think that some tools report inaccurate metrics gathered from social media platforms due to the new APIs, something that often causes confusion and lack of clarity.

• Cool Tabs allows us to tweak our social media pages to suit the customers' interaction.
• When the customer is engaged, they are more likely to share and or inquire about what we do.
• Since we have been using this, we have had a 10% increase in customer engagement, which in return, helps us deliver quality information.
