Cool Tabs vs. ViralSweep

In general, it works as some kind of manual on how the particular baseline of your social networks can be improved, and it provides the right assessment at the same time so that I can analyze my data based on my results. Also, they count on excellent technical assistance. Earlier it was hard to go search hashtags on my Instagram but after using this I can get more deep analytics, geotag research, and profile analytics to get great information about the keywords I want to know about. The pricing is great, as well as the support team which replies very quickly.

If my colleague needed an easily accessible, user-friendly platform for hosting internal and external contests, sweepstakes, giveaways, or promotions, then I would 100% recommend ViralSweep to them. Running multiple contests can be a huge task, especially in the case of my company, where we only have one dedicated person (me) to make sure the prize winners are selected and paid out. ViralSweep makes it so easy to manage contest winners and email addresses to add to our send list!

• Interface is a bit difficult.
• Management if the tool is not intuitive.

• Viralsweeps has a few options I would like, such as Hashtag Entry Collection, but I'd have to upgrade
• Filtering invalid entries can be a pain and easily forgotten

I have a good relationship with the customer service and I love to help them to promote their service.

Because it lacks customization options for its aesthetics. We did a specific adaptation for registering entries and participants, and it worked perfectly. It's a very comprehensive tool for launching viral campaigns for all types of businesses. We will continue working on campaigns in collaboration with Cool Tabs. I typically am requesting assistance from the purple chat bubble in the lower right corner of the dashboard, but Giancarlo always answers me quickly when I need problems solved while setting up different campaigns/projects. They are very straightforward and to the point and know exactly how to navigate this platform.

Easypromos is one of the best tools you can use to run your contests. The application allows you to create contests for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest and YouTube.You can choose the objective of your campaign, whether it is to increase followers, improve your brand awareness, etc., and you can run various types of promotional initiatives, including giveaways, games, and quizzes.

I really did like Woobox, but its interface is a bit too unprofessional and fun to me. It's exported email list reports were also a little wonky sometimes. ViralSweep labels every entry with a name, email, IP address, selection chosen from a drop-down, date, and more! It just depends on what information you've requested your customers to provide to you. ViralSweep's overall look, feel, and purpose blows away Woobox.

• Cool Tabs allows us to tweak our social media pages to suit the customers' interaction.
• When the customer is engaged, they are more likely to share and or inquire about what we do.
• Since we have been using this, we have had a 10% increase in customer engagement, which in return, helps us deliver quality information.

• In 2019, ViralSweep entries grew our email list over 10k.
• Using ViralSweep has helped to spread our contests to sweepstakes sites all over the U.S.
