Best for small to mid-sized companies where you do not have a robust applicant tracking system. It served a dual purpose for my company and made my job easier. If you are large, the applicant tracking system is not beneficial to you while the assessments might be. If it can integrate directly with your system, use it!

TestGorilla is best used if you want to screen the people that are applying for positions within your company. We have found that we are able to weed people out of the process due to the amazing screening that TestGorilla does for us on the front-end. We love the assessments it makes the candidates take! I would like to see it integrate more with some of our current systems thought. We use Rippling currently for employee management/payroll and would love to see it integrate there

It is inexpensive, I don't have to spend so much for hiring a candidate. It is user-friendly and you will know how exactly how it is done. It is satisfactory accuracy with regard to candidates' accuracy of answers. Lastly, Integration into our process was easy enough, like no other.
