DATABASICS Time vs. DeskTime

Easy to use with lots of customization. The PTO request and calendar is a great tool with real-time balances easy to access. The validation table is large enough to handle hundreds of projects with dozens of sub-categories. We also like the ability to send notices on our own schedule.

When we made the decision to go cloud based and send our employees home to work remotely we needed something that would help us and them manage their time and keep everyone on track. Desktime makes the team more aware of how they are spending their time both individually and as a team. It allows them to see and track what makes them most productive and what times of the day they are most engaged. Keeps projects on track.

DATABASICS is the only system capable of handling our complex project dimensions. It's a basic system that's easy to use and easy to navigate. It does everything we need without being overcomplicated, unlike Deltek.
