Overall Satisfaction with DeskTime

We're using DeskTime to track the team working hours, the app they are using, and we are also able to put the current task allocation here. This helps us to answer the question: "What are you working on right now?". By looking at the admin dashboard, we can see who is currently online [and] who is assigned to a specific project. The data is also easy to export to connect it with other apps.
  • Time Tracking - Just open the app and forget it
  • Dashboard Report - Detailed, easy to export
  • App resources usage - it's lagging sometimes
  • Reporting Dashboard
  • Good Investment, with the report you can decide which other paid apps [are] not being used in the organization
The user interface and user experience are much better compared to the other same app. It is also cheaper with a bunch of extra features!
