DATABASICS Time vs. WebHR

Easy to use with lots of customization. The PTO request and calendar is a great tool with real-time balances easy to access. The validation table is large enough to handle hundreds of projects with dozens of sub-categories. We also like the ability to send notices on our own schedule.

I cannot think of any scenarios where WebHR would not be appropriate. It's a good solution for any size business and I see a lot of interest in the development to continue improving the solution.

• Logging into it from our system gives an error, but after a few minutes it acknowledges me and logs in (because I am logged into our secured system)

Renewal of this product is out of my control, but if asked I would give this product a thumbs up to renew. It only gets better with time

DATABASICS is the only system capable of handling our complex project dimensions. It's a basic system that's easy to use and easy to navigate. It does everything we need without being overcomplicated, unlike Deltek.

I don't know any other products like WebHR, but I'm pretty sure it's a good solution for any organization, and it's improving constantly.
