For a design firm that specializes in graphic design, I can see this program being essential. As an Architectural firm, however, this was nice, but not necessary for our use. It was much quicker for reviewing graphic design work and approving it, it was not much faster than typical emailing in my opinion. The benefit comes with being able to comment on work directly and see other people's comments.

Mural is well suited for collaborative work where there isn't high complexity in the job that needs to be done, like drafting simple diagrams or journeys without too much information. Since the items and icons available don't allow a more dinamic or creative approach, Mural is better for day to day activities that don't require high impact presentations.

• The advanced features are a little bit easy to adopt. Why not adding some agile trainings, or some other tools to facilitate their adoption

Chat support tends to get back to you within a few hours and are always helpful.

Mural was easier to use and share compared with Whiteboard. Whiteboard's functionality is limited. It is also integrated into Teams in an odd way that makes it difficult for team members to refer to old whiteboards. Mural as a stand alone web app is better.
