Best Suited Scenario: When you play multiple roles and a certain set of information/ files in one place in an organized fashion. Example 1: You are into sales and need specific documents at during a presentation to your client, this is when DEON comes in handy. You can have all your files arranged in one place. Example 2: You are doing a review where lots of presentations and files are needed to be shown this is where you can use DEON. I don't see any scenario where DEON would not be suitable.
Lucid provides an easy to use and understand interface with a lot of templates to get you started with strong visual collaboration quickly. They provide excellent support and resources to help with adoption amongst users and they are constantly providing new and innovative features that wow users. At times it is difficult to keep up with all the functionality available to us through these tools.
Large number of predefined charts, diagrams, flows
A great repository of various symbols and objects
The easiness of using and manipulating objects and shapes. There is a lot of auto-editing and adjusting which the software does for you which saves a lot of your time.
Easy way of duplicating shapes.
While working with the app everything feels organic and natural. You don't get the clunky/limited feeling which happens with some other similar apps.
I have used the templates before and those are nice! I would like to see more
The ONLY complaint I can come up with is that there has been several times that my screen will lock up and i have to fully refresh it, even when it is a fairly fresh load.
I would rate Lucidchart's overall usability as a 9. The platform's user-friendly interface and intuitive drag-and-drop functionality make it incredibly accessible for both beginners and experienced users. It minimizes the learning curve, allowing users to start creating diagrams immediately. The extensive library of templates and shapes further enhances usability, making it easy to find the right elements for any type of diagram. The only reason I don't give it a perfect 10 is that there's always room for minor improvements, and while Lucidchart is highly user-friendly, there's always the potential to refine features further for an even more seamless experience.
I've posted a couple questions on the forums. My questions were answered in a reasonable amount of time and the support I received answered my questions accurately and concisely. I wish there was a faster way to get support, and I wish there was more advanced training courses. I haven't contacted them via email or phone before.
why do I use Deon? Strong data integration static formats like multi-page document scans. It does so much more than just be a digital whiteboard - you can embed websites very quickly and easily with Cloud integration so that changes are always directly synchronized Easy sharing of possible Parallel real-time work, documents, etc.
If it's solo work, I prefer Lucidchart over all its competitors. For larger group collaboration, Lucidspark or Miro is much much preferred than Lucidchart. Figma is ok for some basic use but can't handle complex stuffs. MURAL and Visio are just terrible products to use in general. So Lucidchart is one of my top three for sure
It sure has. It has saved me a lot of time. Think of all the time I could have wasted trying to learn a program that does the same thing, whereas Lucidchart just does it with ease, learn as you go, and be a boss at it.
Lucidchart has increased productivity. My diagrams have helped co-workers find connectivity and helped them troubleshoot devices. This has saved time and increased productivity.
