DeskTime vs. EmpMonitor

When we made the decision to go cloud based and send our employees home to work remotely we needed something that would help us and them manage their time and keep everyone on track. Desktime makes the team more aware of how they are spending their time both individually and as a team. It allows them to see and track what makes them most productive and what times of the day they are most engaged. Keeps projects on track.

Because of EmpMonitor, I can keep an eye on my employees from anywhere any time and it increased my firm’s productivity rate.
With the screen capturing feature, I can question any employee for their non-working hours with proof
It made it very easy for management to maintain the attendance of every employee.

• Take screenshots every a corn period of time.

• Unavailability of integration of third-party software that enhances its overall working.
• No option to track or manage projects.
• Project tracking and support for Macs.
