Docket.io vs. ShortStack vs. Votigo

Great for companies that are sitting on disparate source systems being used by multiple different teams and business units with no plans of consolidation. The founders love to hear about the problems faced by most B2B SaaS companies and build solutions to key problems. So if you want to collaborate, they are a great vendor to work with

I love ShortStack's customer support. For the most part, they are available immediately through chat and respond to email inquiries within a very reasonable timeframe. As a longtime customer, they have accommodated my needs. Their platform is set up for all users - whether you are not very tech-savvy or an IT person, you can find ways to utilize your skills.

If you want a fully integrated and customized solution Votigo is the way to go. But it is not a cheap or fast option. If you can work within the self service template it can be a fast, inexpensive option.

• I wish we had more flexibility with the design options like CSS and HTML at the lower cost self service option.
• I wish the API option was less expensive or had more flexabilty in the design
• Please remove the Votigo branding for the self service solution. I would be willing to pay more but not a lot more.

For a custom or API implementation I think it is a great option and they have great customer service. The self service option is too rigid and I need more application options and design customization

High usability and intelligent platform. Anyone with basic understanding of querying the platform can use the solution. For Admins as well, running reports is easy (but can be improved)

I wasn't able to dive as deeply into Glean because we didn't set it up fully but I got to play around and see a bunch of different trials of it, I would say that Glean is the more robust of the two tools but for what we needed Docket.io did the job
