Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use it for a bunch of internal channels to support finding documents and a lot of competitive intel. It also just helps point newer reps into the right directions instead of asking the same question that has been asked 1000 times. In leadership I use it to confirms some different internal items instead of looking at seismic.

Usability

I didn't have to set the thing up so it probably has a lot of back end work that goes into it but overall it is as simple as asking the thing questions and then getting the answers

Alternatives Considered

Glean

I wasn't able to dive as deeply into Glean because we didn't set it up fully but I got to play around and see a bunch of different trials of it, I would say that Glean is the more robust of the two tools but for what we needed Docket.io did the job

Just making sure that tribal knowledge that is asked over and over again and making it an easy search. Time saved by people hunting things down is dramatically cut down
