Document 365 vs. SmartVault vs. Streamlit

One of the things that I have noticed the most is that it saves a lot of time when working with documents of different formats that need to be converted to PDF. Scanning documents is also one of the best features of this app. Being able to have the history of modifications, and changes in the documents is very important for any sector, as well as the signing of documents online. The issue of authentication every time you need to use it can sometimes cause inconvenience, but then you forget when you have a robust and comfortable tool to work with. I do not recommend this application if the company has different versions of operating systems. It is not the most recommended application.

SmartVault sends out a cover letter with the tax returns that includes a link for them to download their tax returns, avoiding the insecurity of an email attachment. It does not include a statement retrieval feature but does work very nicely with a third-party app called FileThis. The majority of the users in the office have not been able to install the Outlook plug-in due to "a certificate error." In five years, SmartVault has not addressed this issue.

I can hand an executive a Jupyter notebook and it'll get lost in translation. I can give them sign-in access to a page and they can answer all of their own "What-If?" questions! Reaching someone is more difficult than it should be. Also, they don't take possession of known issues always suggesting it is a local PC issue in initial conversations. That, of course, can be frustrating for the end-user.

Basically the recommendation of Document 365 is based on the price-performance ratio against NITRO and Adobe (Really expensive)Ease of use was not decisive in the evaluation.The ease of scanning against NITRO and Adobe is more or less the same.The determining feature of Document 365 is the ease of converting documents to PDF

I started using Streamlit when it first came out and thought it was really useful and powerful. A few years later and they've really hit their stride! The features / widgets / materials they provide have been well researched, well designed, and well implemented. I will take Streamlit to any future companies I go to as well as be a strong promoter wherever I'm currently at. It's free. It's easy to use. It is really powerful. Sure? You could go pay for a larger system but your Data Science team should be able to handle Streamlit easily. I'd argue a non-technical person spending a few weeks in python could pick up Streamlit really quickly.
