The best in the complete production process. It provides the correct info in a very usable way. It is pretty good in sales, but the lack of discounts for sales goods and sales production is not ideal. Winman ERP is well suited to our business and we have not felt the need to look further. The great strength for us is the MRP facility but each business is unique and must make it's own assessment. The accounting side just works - nothing to add here.

• Item factor conversion for purchase/sales/WIP using Weight and Length in all directions

• Integration with our website ensures that accurate data flows throughout the whole process.

• Ridder iQ misses graphical workflow and blocks designer
• Adaptions to rights in iQ can be difficult and time consuming
• Ridder iQ is unfortunately still not webbased
• Ridder iQ is fortunately developping api endpoints but this is still not completed.
• The no/low code functionality can be extended

• Having used Winman ERP for a long time now it fully suits our needs.

Its nice software but it is very, very slow in webification and integration possibilities by using api's. Untill now the programm has client-server technology unfortunately. And there are far too less no code adjustments possible.

The working environment can be perfectly designed for every user and department, which makes the user-friendliness very good. Adding columns, formatting tables can all be customized to the user. Dutch Translation: De werkomgeving is perfect in te richten voor elke gebruiker en afdeling, wat de gebruiksvriendelijkheid zeer hoog maakt. Het toevoegen van kolommen en het opmaken van tabellen is allemaal aanpasbaar aan de gebruiker.

Expert level of the support engineers is adequate. However in our opinion it does take a fair amount of time to respond

As with any business project, a clear plan with clearly defined outcomes is key.

Ridder iQ is specialized for our business and has people who bring a lot of knowledge to the table, so Ridder iQ is far more suited than a ERP solution which is not specilized in the make-industry. Furthermore, the customizability of Ridder stands out compared to solutions like ISAH. Therefore, the choice was an easy one, because knowledge and customizability are important criteria. Dutch Translation: Ridder iQ is gespecialiseerd in onze branche en heeft mensen met veel kennis in huis. Ridder iQ is daarom veel geschikter dan een ERP-oplossing, die niet gespecialiseerd is in de maakindustrie. Bovendien onderscheidt Ridder iQ zich qua aanpasbaarheid ten opzichte van oplossingen zoals ISAH. De keuze was dan ook snel gemaakt, want kennis en aanpasbaarheid zijn belangrijke criteria.

Having used Winman ERP for many years through various iterations we have not felt the need to look elsewhere

• The implementation process is well managed by Ridder iQ employees.
• After going live, our main processes were just slightly affected, no significant delays occurred.
• Het implementatieproces wordt goed begeleid door de medewerkers van Ridder iQ.
• Nadat we live gingen, ondervonden onze belangrijkste processen slechts lichte hinder; er deden zich geen noemenswaardige vertragingen voor.

• The key thing is to be able to do more with less people, removing as much repetitive work as possible.
• More automation allows us to grow the business whilst being able to concentrate on core competencies that cannot be automated such as product development, branding and marketing.
• Inventory planning is simplified through the use of MRP. Top level skus are readily converted into POs for timely component procurement which means we have the best opportunity to fill sales orders.
