Overall Satisfaction with Ridder iQ

We had several challenges in our business before using Ridder iQ. Since we implemented Ridder, we've made a lot of progress. We make calculations by our sales that exactly fit our workshop. We provide the workshop with the proper digital (!) information they need for a project (e-diagrams, drawings, instructions). We have reasonable control of all the goods going into the warehouse and those used by the workshop. Also our service mechanics profit from the new system. They have all the correct info they need. We use Ridder iQ for ERP and CRM. We are not live with the production planning but will soon be.

Dutch Translation: Voordat we Ridder iQ gebruikten, hadden we verschillende uitdagingen binnen ons bedrijf. Sinds de implementatie van Ridder hebben we veel vooruitgang geboekt. We maken berekeningen op basis van onze verkoopcijfers die precies passen bij onze werkplaats. We voorzien de werkplaats van de juiste digitale (!) informatie die ze nodig hebben voor een project (e-schema's, tekeningen, instructies). We hebben een redelijke controle over alle goederen die het magazijn ingaan en die de werkplaats gebruikt. Ook onze servicemonteurs profiteren van het nieuwe systeem. Ze beschikken over alle juiste informatie die ze nodig hebben. We gebruiken Ridder iQ voor ERP en CRM. We zijn nog niet live met de productieplanning, maar dat zal binnenkort wel gebeuren.

  • Fixed price settings for parts list in service is not possible.
  • In CRM, it's not possible to combine discount (e.g.,., 15%) for sales goods (without production) and calculation parameter (e.g., 17%) with saw parts list (with production) without giving a double discount (e.g., 15+17%).
  • It's not possible to change the billing addresses per order when you choose to use the address related to the order.
  • Vaste prijsinstellingen voor de stuklijst in service zijn niet mogelijk.
  • In CRM is het niet mogelijk om de korting (bijv. 15%) voor verkoopgoederen (zonder productie) en de berekeningsparameter (bijv. 17%) te combineren met de zaagstuklijst (met productie) zonder een dubbele korting te geven (bijv. 15 + 17%).

The best in the complete production process. It provides the correct info in a very usable way. It is pretty good in sales, but the lack of discounts for sales goods and sales production is not ideal. On the other hand, ECI provides an excellent service for looking for custom solutions where we need them.

Dutch Translation: De beste in het complete productieproces. Het biedt de juiste informatie op een zeer bruikbare manier. Het is redelijk goed in de verkoop, maar het gebrek aan kortingen op verkoopartikelen en verkoopproductie is niet ideaal. Aan de andere kant biedt ECI een uitstekende service bij het zoeken naar maatwerkoplossingen waar we die nodig hebben.
