We definitely want to renew based on the functionality and the use we give to it. However you never know 100% so that's why it is not a 10. Let's imagine if pricing changed significantly or they made sudden changes to the product which we considered negative... Then we would move elsewhere. This is highly unlikely though

I give it this rating because SAP CPQ is very powerful and flexible. It saves time reduces mistakes and keeps everything organized.

Not used

The most common way of creating product catalogues for most ERP systems is using some sort of a document database hosted on a cloud. However, this requires a lot of development effort and And later a lot of effort towards maintenance. In addition to this, SAP. CPQ helps in creating product quotes, which on itself is a huge task to build from scratch. and last, but not the least it’s ease of integration with SAP cloud makes it ideal over most other alternative options

• without SAP CPQ, pricing and quoting we did it by custom coding which is very difficult to manage and difficult to understand, but with SAP CPQ things become very easy
• we are able to control the discount and get new customer able to verify customer discount code easily
• with this SAP CPQ, we are able to verify and approve only the right discount
