OnSemble is solving a lot of problems that our organization had prior to its implementation:
We can track communication readership.
We can engage with our fellow teammates through chats and recognition.
We have a central location for all job-related links.
We are just now delving into adding departmental pages so folks can communicate within their teams.
I'm not sure of a scenario where OnSemble wouldn't be appropriate - if you have a company that needs to centralize communication, documentation, and share ideas, it's an excellent choice.

It provides a number of tools, such as a calendar, task lists, frameworks, tracking charts, shares, real-time notifications, and more.
It allows us to create projects, share files, have real-time conversations and keep up with the activity of other team members.
Analysis tools include interactive charts, pivot tables, performance and resource usage reports, and more. These tools allow users to gain a deep understanding of the results of their projects.

I gave ElaBoard an 8 rating for its overall usability because it provides an intuitive and user-friendly platform for teams to collaborate on a variety of tasks. The kindergarten management system was a great addition, as it allowed us to keep track of the kids inside the home or in the kindergarten. Additionally, the library of educational resources and games was also very useful. Furthermore, the platform is easy to set up and navigate, and the customer service team is responsive and helpful. Overall, ElaBoard makes it easy for teams to work together and efficiently get things done.

As a user: it's pretty intuitive and the only thing holding a user back from getting everything out of it is a lack of curiosity. As an admin: it's not super intuitive. The training and the setup process are crucial to be able to use and maintain the portal, and we still sometimes have questions.

I have always been pleased with my experiences with OnSemble's Support team. First, they have a great library of articles to help me study and guide for many of my questions. But when I cannot quite comprehend, or I "run into the wall", I can be assured that I'll be contacted quickly with a pleasant voice to work through whatever my question/issue may be. Interface of Ela Board is better and user-friendly. It is dependent on the G Suite and may not be considered as an independent Whiteboard. Very limited tools available. Media tools are not available. Being a google product, the we were not confident on the security front. Limited and not so good templates are available. However, you can change the background colors & images but it do not give a feel of full functional and professional solution
