EmpMonitor vs. Keka HR

Because of EmpMonitor, I can keep an eye on my employees from anywhere any time and it increased my firm’s productivity rate.
With the screen capturing feature, I can question any employee for their non-working hours with proof
It made it very easy for management to maintain the attendance of every employee.

Keka HR is well suited for me as it helps me to manage my taxes and gives me different investment options within the web application itself which allows me to save income tax. It keeps track of all the investments, deductions, taxes etc. Scenario where I found Keka HR less appropriate is there Article section. Companies have their own Newsletter Page where they publish their Articles which everyone reads. But Article section within Keka HR, I didn't found that much useful.

• Track total time spent on different tasks.

• Define objective for employees
• Manage whole tenure performance for any individual
• Employees can check their finances on it
• It's easy to use for anyone

• Unavailability of integration of third-party software that enhances its overall working.
• No option to track or manage projects.
• Project tracking and support for Macs.

• Ability to Interact with Organization members within portal
• Two factor authentication with some security provider
• Message alerts as well

This service is very optimistic and creates a reliable and smooth environment within organizations. Organizations can easily figure out the performance of every individual. It became easy to send financial reports for every employee through Keka HR, and it has a robust payroll system which is very helpful for the HR and account department.
