Overall Satisfaction with Keka HR

I use it to record my daily attendance and also to request leaves from my hierarchy, I use it to manage my payroll in my organization also I can easily access my holiday list also can download Pay slips whenever needed even apply for ITR as Keka has an option to manage our Tax by giving an option to select Tax regimes as well.

Rippling has a complex user interface and someone needs to guide me to get acquainted with the usage of the portal daily unlike Keka HR it's really clear for what purpose we need to use the portal to make maximum use of it. It has more market range but Keka HR stole my heart by simplifying my work.

It is well suited to organizing small company employees with ease as it has an easy interface and is also easy to set up.
Managing the entire employee lifecycle in an organization can be done using this HR management tool Keka HR.
We can even see the organization tree from the MY team panel which they have and track entire team leave days as well.
