Epsilon PeopleCloud vs. StreamWork

Appropriate for large organizations who want customization in their emails. The tool - while intuitive if you have previous background - is hefty and large in scope of capabilities. It's great for organizations who have multiple users and shows the name of person who last made changes. The reporting is really good - but may be a bit overwhelming for organizations who don't need a lot of detailed information

1) I like that "Approvals" are on the main nav as this expedites my workflow as I'm QA for all our projects. I save time by not delving down into each project workspace 2) The Approval widget on the dashboard is also a time saver! 3) The "Review Approvals" section - I like being able to see the status of each user's approval process so I can send reminders 4) The "Skip Decision" feature is helpful as we're entering holiday season with folks being OOO.... we want to avoid gatekeeping/blockers. 5) While I haven't yet used the split review process, I can see how it will be helpful on my large-scale, long-term projects.

• Fairly intuitive if you have previous experience with high-end email tools.
• The training opportunities are good - they offer both online and/or live training.
• The support we receive is very good.
• The reporting feature is good - a lot of detailed information.

• Centralizes feedback so comments and approvals aren’t scattered across emails or docs
• Integrates with Asana, keeping tasks aligned without extra duplication
• Simple, intuitive interface that makes setup and adoption quick

• The tool could be improved to "remember" where you last left off (specific user). Having to constantly retrace steps if you get logged out is annoying.
• Hitting the "back" arrow sends you back to a main section, when it should send you back to where you previously were.
• It would be nice to see performance reports available within the campaign itself, as well as within the reporting section.
• Ability to NOT be able to change anything in a campaign after it has launched. This has happened multiple times. We usually copy a previous campaign to start a new one but often, we end up changing content on the version we are copying from -- this is very annoying and dangerous.

• Allow for more subfolders to better organize large campaigns
• Create a new layout for the main workspace to allow for better organization for large agencies with many simultaneous projects
• Allow changes to be made to approval process after initiated, and allow external users (clients) to be added to approval process

Once set up, StreamWork is very easy to use! Since I started using the platform, the team has pushed several key updates that have further improved user experience and usability.

While both Epsilon Agility Harmony and Oracle Responsys are great for larger organizations that send a lot of emails, I think Epsilon Agility Harmony is more robust than Responsys and is easier to use. It is significantly more complex than HubSpot and requires previous knowledge of using an email tool that has content blocks and or dynamic content.

StreamWork's Asana integration was the stand-out. I could not find any other platform that integrated so seamlessly into our existing process and automations.

• Increased email production = more communication to customers.
• Better reporting = determine areas for improvement or scale up efforts.
• Working on getting our triggered emails optimized - there's a great opportunity for this with this tool.

• StreamWork has made our creative review process far more efficient. It’s reduced turnaround times, minimized miscommunication, and helped us deliver assets to clients faster... all of which translate into better project outcomes and a clear ROI.
