LawLogix Guardian is well suited for companies who want or need to keep digital I-9 records in a safe and convenient place. LawLogix Guardian also keeps you up to date on all compliance practices for the country or state that you're in, ensuring that you stay compliant to the best of your abilities. One scenario where LawLogix falters is a very specific scenario of hiring minors without a Driver's License. In certain states, items such as report cards can be used in lieu of certain identifying documents. However, there is no accommodation for that in the current I-9 form.

Truework may not be ideal for companies with a large quantity of complex earning codes, as the code mapping can get messy. We've found some difficulty with finding a solution for international companies we have acquired. Otherwise, Truework has suited us very well, and sends us emails to complete verifications for someone they can't find in the records we've sent over. We utilize a good number of contractors and we've decided not to send that information to Truework, so we always need to do those manually when Truework lets us know the associate in question can't be found.

• The staff is very knowledgeable and competent. We shared our data and they were able to convert the information as per they requirements.
• We spent very little time in integrating with them.

Truework has been recognized by Forbes as a fastest growing company. They are willing to expand their business and build new relationships. During negotiation they gave us a good deal, which shows that they are willing to let the customer evaluate their services over time. The team is also very prompt in responding to questions and proactive in initiating questions for clarification.

Gusto is great but Equifax Workforce Solutions really helps us manage payroll, HR, benefits, and other employee needs much more seamlessly. We are so glad we made the transition to this platform as it helps keep us organized even more for all of our employee needs! It's been a great decision

As an organisation, we have evaluated many HRMS software before shortlisting this one. It has an original data source for millions of workers and helps in easy verification. It is the second-largest network for income and employment verification. Moreover, it has simple and easy-to-understand scenarios which are illustrated by easy-to-understand examples.

• It has helped us digitize our I-9s, including for employees that have been with us for a long time.
• It helps us ensure compliance to the best of our abilities in case of any audits.
• It helps us find record in an organized fashion.
• It helps us verify employment at the beginning of a new hire's employment to avoid any issues down the line.

• We are saving approx. 8-10 hours a week that we can focus on other business needs and priorities.
• In the approx. 21 months we've been using Truework our associates have self-generated almost 500 letters.
• In the same amount of time, Truework has completed almost 1,700 verifications saving us approx. 732 hours.
