EventMobi has helped our organisation to conduct virtual conferences during the pandemic. It has also helped us to include all the information and reduce our costs on printing and boarding. Instant updates and messages can be sent. Also, regular updates and better customer service have really helped us to do the business in an easy way. You get some insights on Event Technology, Session Feedback, Survey, Email Marketing, Attendee Networking people. Where this has lacked - If we were being given an option to add in our own custom fields within the agenda/session descriptions.

Slido is great to use for live meetings, whether in person or via video conference; we mostly use this for Zoom meetings. You can use the different features at different times in your meeting: I love to start our All Hands meetings with a word cloud or a poll of some kind, and as people are joining via zoom it gets people feeling excited and connected even before we've started. It also gives us something fun to talk about while we're waiting for everyone to arrive and for the meeting to start. You can do a poll halfway through to keep people engaged, and then a poll at the end to see how you did, or maybe use the Q&A to see what questions come up without having the awkward zoom silence when you ask if anyone has any questions. I don't think this is helpful in smaller meetings, where people likely feel more comfortable interacting directly and asking questions verbally.

We really do not have any other experience with other apps. We like that Eventmobi is easy to use for both us and our clients. We can add attendee names with their picture and contact information manually or import them. We can add speakers, agenda, pdf hand-outs, hotel information, etc., easily.

I haven't evaluated other competitors, as I have seen Slido in action at an event and I was immediately hooked. That being said, I should bee looking at Slido's competitors, just to do my due diligence and ensure I'm familiar with the market landscape. I'm satisfied so far with what Slido's offering.
