I used Slido to improve my engagement activities, as many employees are often hesitant to voice their opinions or participate in group discussions. Slido helped me boost involvement from everyone. I see many more opportunities to utilise Slido, especially for Q&As during All-Hands meetings, whether for virtual or in-person employees. Its benefits extend beyond just engagement.
