I use the basic version of Sli.do in almost all of ma facilitation workshop.
Sometimes simply to get some comments on the workshop.

1 - The one thing that is quite amazing with Slido is the rapid learning curve.
Using QR codes for the audience to use live is ideal and so easy!
I do not even need a support person in house to use Slido in the proper way. IT has never failed in a live situation!!

The tool is very well designed and I did not need the support team frequently but each time I got the help I needed.
I strongly recommend Slido to my clients and I know that I converted some of them. Some others could not implement it because of their IT regulations and restrictions.

I could not find how to activate some functionalities on the basic account even though I could clearly see how to do it.
A quick request for support and a very fast response allowed me time to find what I was looking for and solved my problem.

- The possibility to use mobile phones for user to see their results
- The "hide results" tool to make sure the voting is not influenced by previous results
- The possibility to simply reset a survey "live" for any reason
- The admin function on a mobile phone is sometimes a bit cumbersome
- using the tool son a mobile phone reduces the size of the options. Sometimes difficult to find what I am looking for
- The fact that the mobile app and the desktop app are visually a bit different might cause some problems during live facilitation

The size of the screen and the differences between the desktop and the mobile apps might prove problematic during live facilitation. Especially for new users.
The admin log in on the mobile app prevents rapid switching if it is required for the facilitator/admin to also vote . I usually use 2 devices ( mobile phone and ipad or laptop) to be able to do this.
