Everflow - Partner Marketing Platform vs. Referral Rock

I would say the area Everflow has been the best for us is in tracking affiliate and internal metrics for our campaigns and our external(brokered) campaigns. A scenario where I think it may not be best suited would be integrating with Shopify through API. I've had multiple times where the integration doesn't go as stated it would and had to troubleshoot. I've also run into issues with reporting being accurate with that integration specifically. (Which could be Shopify's fault as they don't play well with many platforms anyway. So could be their problem, not Everflow's just to clarify).

Referral Rock is very relevant in cases where you already use Salesforce or HubSpot and want to integrate/streamline your Referral Marketing process with your Sales Management process (which is where Salesforce and Hub Spot are mainstream). Referral Rock might be less relevant if you don’t use Salesforce or HubSpot, but in that case, the pricing is also much lower, and you still get great value for the cost.

• Publishers cannot see their redirect revenue on their dashboard but the admins can. Which causes a lot of manual updating through communication and explaining to clients/publishers.
• I wish Everflow had a "Cap start date" for offer caps. Cake had that feature and I used it often.

• Just a few minor missing features that I have been told are on the roadmap. Certainly not blockers.
• Gift card payouts that work internationally, even if the currency selected is specific to a certain country (i.e. a $100 USD gift card payout amount should still result in the ability for the recipient to choose a gift card worth $100 USD, but available in their home country. Right now we are limited to only those gift cards available within the payout currency country).

Overall usability is solid. Their customer support and success team made it super easy for me to understand the software, how to use each feature, and how to get the most out of the product.

Pretty responsive, but that's kinda expected within the space. TUNE has chats open and available right away.
